Identification of interdrugs, taking into account the methods of administration of drugs, types of dosage forms and personal characteristics of the patient

Identification of drug-drug interactions outside the patient's body at the stage of drug dilution or preparation of a mixture for administration (“inside the syringe” and parenteral mixture).

• at the stage of metabolism and transport of the drug, including taking into account the effect on the enzyme system (cytochrome P450);

• taking into account the half-life of the prescribed drugs;

• at the stage of drug excretion.

Revealing drug-drug interactions at the level of the active component, at the level of chemical groups, at the level of pharmacological groups, up to the points of "targets" (neurohumoral mechanisms of regulation, receptors, enzymes).

Identification of drugs with a similar pharmacological effect, or belonging to the same pharmacological group (synergism).

Identification of drugs with  opposite pharmacological action (antagonism).

Taking into account the dosage form and route of administration, dose, gender and age characteristics of the patient
